Chief Feline Shelter Ambassador
Onyx has served as our Chief Feline Ambassador for several years. His main task is keeping the other Shelter Ambassadors in line. His favorite hobbies include sunning himself in the front window and snacking on Wendy’s chicken nuggets.
Tess
Canine Shelter Ambassador
2016-2024
In addition to greeting guests, Tess enjoyed visiting schools and nursing homes. She was often found in the Executive Director’s office, seated in “her” chair and making sure that all important Shelter business is being completed.
Freddie
Feline Shelter Ambassador
Freddie, a self proclaimed “bad boy”, can be seen wearing his Harley Davidson leather jacket and trying to sneak food out of Tess’s bowl.
Freddie Jr.
Junior Feline Shelter Ambassador
Freddie Junior came to the shelter and looked and acted like a young Freddie and the Executive Director fell in love. He is a trouble maker and likes to chase Onyx and Freddie around the lobby. He loves to lay by the window and watch the birds.
